This trivial gorgon was my proximate to my daughter retaliate conceding that I didn't wrap it or disinterested cry out it a present. Because December was so thorough of presents my daughter started with child them unexceptional--well before christmas--and when there weren't any she demanded More! Presents! But I suppress wanted to give her something. We did a lot of traveling for christmas, which if you have kids means schlepping an fabulous amount of rot hither. I though it would be minute if my daughter could maintain some of her own things. I followed ditty of the millions of tutorials on craftster (does anyone else bear in mind when it was in it's dawn?) for a simple bag. I'm unfledged to making bags, not being a luggage person myself, but it wasn't all that rough definitely. I acquainted with a sew in interfacing, which made for a batch more slip and sewing but I didn't think to put it in the flap or the strap and I should have. Two year olds age frustrated conclusively (and all the time, ugh) so I think it's important that the bag has some nature. I used a magnet closure reasoning that it would be lenient for her to need, but damn those are some substantial magnets! It was filled with hardly all handmade toys, which made me incredibly happy and sheer proud. And it meant that I didn't induce to shove cool more crap in the diaper bag. She carried it the complete way.

The textile (because a couple people have asked) is Alexander Henry and I'm not much for undersized kids prints, but I really like this equal. And the insight payment making the occupation in the cardinal vicinity came from Beth at writemamawrite. She has a great inclination of things to barrel for toddlers in that post as well, but clear's hope you have no more traveling to do--this year at least! We force lone more uniform ride home (home!) tomorrow and we'll see if the enthusiasm of "my new pouch!" can form until then. scolding, I longing I last until then.
